Herts Jazz Festival showcases the best in contemporary British Jazz at their yearly summer festival. To create their new identity, a bespoke crafted typeface was developed specifically for the event. Each of the character forms pays reference to parts of jazz instruments and classic jazz lettering with an abstracted, contemporary twist. The black, gold and white palette adds a modern, rich feeling to the identity.
