Romana(De Vinne (Central/ATF, 1892).

The only thing about the font that doesn't work on Viscius' site is the faux italic (below). This omission is understandable — none of the digital Romanas include an italic. (If you're willing to venture further afield there are more complete families in reinterpretations such as the De Vinne revival Denver or the more distant relatives Superior Title and Gza.) Without a true italic at hand, I'd consider styling titles with a bold weight, color, another typeface, or quote marks.
