In 2015, SALON, the magazine for arts and culture of the Salzburg Festival, is celebrating 25 years of success. Award-winning design agency Markwald Neusitzer Identity has created an extraordinary visual presentation.
What connects SALON to its readers is the passion for the arts and culture, creativity and aesthetics, as well as the interest in current developments, exciting perspectives and multi-faceted interpretations. This year, SALON once again meets fascinating stars of the Festival and meets with ingenious artists like Erwin Wurm and visionary art collectors like Franz, Duke of Bavaria or Ingvild Goetz. In the anniversary issue, celebrated artists and rainmakers of the Festival meet and talk to outstanding personalities, ranging from a top designer to a Nobel Peace Prize laureate. All of the articles are in both German and English, the pictures are presented on high-quality paper and everything is printed in art book quality.
