Vita.mn has a long standing tradition of creating their annual Minnesota State Fair cover out of seed which can then be entered into the seed art competition. […]

I decided to try my hand at seeding and create the inside headline out of red quinoa. I also used this as an excuse to get my hands on Minnesota based type foundry, Process Type Foundry, new brush-y script Pique to use as my template for seeding. […]

From start to finish, the whole process took me less than four hours. I used a paint brush to move the seeds around the template and get all the seeds in place.
