TypeCon2014: Call for Programming

The Society of Typographic Aficionados is calling for programming proposals for its sixteenth annual conference.

The 2014 conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Washington in Washington, DC. from July 30th to August 3rd.

Presentation topics cover an extremely broad range of interests, including: typography; type and graphic design; font production; webfonts and related technologies; printing history and techniques; calligraphy and hand lettering; the book arts; advertising and branding; motion graphics and film titles; literacy and education; type sales and marketing; legal issues and licensing; and other related areas.

The deadline for submissions is March 15, 2014.
