Kodawood Furniture Label

Kodawood was a Miami-based manufacturer known for their bent plywood mid-century furniture, some of which closely emulated famous Danish designs. The label above is from a set of bar stools, circa 1960s. By the way, the 'K' mark has a lot in common with the old Knoll logo that was used by Herbert Matter in his work for that pioneering furniture company during the 1940s–50s. Coincidence?
