WPA Gothicwas my only venture into type design (if you can call it that). I embarked on a week-long, half-assed effort simply to test FontStruct and add something to the inventory when we launched the site back in 2008. It's a very flawed and incomplete font, but sometimes it works. I think it does here, as an alternate logo (inspired by the California flag) for a San Francisco boba tea shop. Boba Guys have a "real" logo, but I think Avenir is kinda dull in comparison. Sorry, Guys! Your blog is fantastic, though. Now I need to try the tea.
