Kodak Graphic Arts Handbook, 1st Edition

I believe this 1955 edition of the Kodak Graphic Arts Handbook was the first., followed by this version of the binder. Without consulting my books I haven't been able to identify the narrow sans and brush type used throughout the interior. The title on the cover appears to be a mix of lettering (KODAK),Futura, and a variation ofKarnak, Robert Hunter MIddleton's take on Memphis for Ludlow.
