Typography For Scientists: Designer Kapil Bhagat Celebrates India's National Science Day With Art (PHOTOS)
Kapil Bhagat, a Mumbai-based graphic designer, has created a typography series that piques the interest of both arts lovers and science nerds alike.
The project, a clever homage for National Science Day in India, celebrates the discoveries of renowned figures like Albert Einstein and Sir Isaac Newton with unique typographical designs crafted just for them. Newton's tribute, for example, shows the letter "o" dropping from his name--a nod to the physicist's work on a little natural phenomenon known as gravity. We only wish text books were so aesthetically inclined.
Scroll through the slideshow below for a look at the rest of Bhagat's smart art project. Let us know which scientific typography you like best in the comments.
